Today is Giving Day(!!) - a 24-hour opportunity to raise funds for children who are recovering from the trauma of sex trafficking in the US. Anyone who knows me knows that my heart beats for this work and also that 13 is my number (and not only because of T. Swift).

$13.89 per hour is what it costs to provide full-time, comprehensive, trauma-informed care for a child on their healing journey. I invite you to join me in this effort to give brave survivors the opportunity not only to reclaim their lives, but to dream again. To plan for their future, pursue their goals, and step into a rich and meaningful life filled with possibility.
