WAYS TO BE A LIGHT and  SHARE THE LIGHT

1. Make a Financial Contribution

Donations are the most direct way to support Limelight Theatre. Gifts help sustain productions, maintain the historic theatre space, and fund programs that serve the community. 

Helping with basic operations means to ensure that the theatre keeps the doors open and lights on, to keep shining the light inside and outside of our walls.

2. Support Education & Youth Programs

Giving helps provide scholarships, classes, and opportunities for children and students to experience theatre—often life-changing experiences that build confidence, creativity, and connection. 

Our goal for Theatre For Young Audiences programing to reach into schools, libraries, and community centers will have expanses for licensing of these programs, transportation to the venues, payment for the actors, and marketing materials. We hope to bring arts to all through this program.

As we reach young people in the community through outreach, we want to be able to offer scholarships to those that would not be able to participate in our educational programming otherwise and include them in our educational conservatory training.

3. Invest in the Future of the Theatre

Donors play a key role in helping Limelight grow into a larger regional theatre, expanding its impact and reach across Northeast Florida.

We are building a repertory company of actors that will expand our arts programming into the community and act as a core company of actors for our productions and ambassadors in our community. We want to offer a stipend for these actors through the actor fund.

4. Give Through Sponsorships

Individuals, families, and businesses can support specific productions or programs, helping bring stories to life while strengthening community partnerships.

These sponsorships help us produce our shows. The licensing fees alone for an 8 show season can cost over $50,000.

5. Get Involved Beyond Donations

The video emphasizes that giving isn’t only financial—community members can also:
