Prize Rules
- Gifts made online via givingday2026.com from 12:00PM ET on May 6th through 11:59:59AM ET on May 7th, 2026 will count towards prizes for Giving Day 2026, unless otherwise noted. Please see individual prize descriptions for specific details pertaining to prize time, prize categories, and prize amount.
- Participating organizations may accept gifts by check or cash and upload them onto the Giving Day platform. These will count towards the organization’s overall gift and donor totals but will not count towards prizes or leaderboards.
- Participating organizations may accept gifts by check or cash and upload them onto the Giving Day platform. To be included in your totals, these donations must be uploaded during the 24-hour giving window. - The Giving Day Prize Pool is provided as a means to incentivize and reward organization participation in the fundraising challenge. In an effort to provide a more equitable Prize Pool, there are restrictions on how many prizes can be won by an individual organization.
- Each participating organization is eligible to win one prize during Giving Day 2026 (excluding Grand Prizes). If an organization qualifies for multiple prizes they will receive the highest-value prize, and the rest will be awarded to the next eligible organization.
- Prize winners will be automatically displayed during the live event. Awarded prizes are subject to audit and will be finalized up to seven days following the event (including the re-allocating of prizes in the event of a multi-winning organization).
- Prizes will be distributed once a final review has taken place and all prize winners have been verified.
- Prizes may be revoked or withheld if donations can’t be validated, including falsifying donor email addresses or matches.
