St. Johns County Council on Aging

At Council on Aging (COA), we are devoted to serving older adults and caregivers across St. Johns County — empowering them to live with dignity, independence, and joy at every age.

Right now, seniors in our community are in need of life-sustaining services — critical support like Meals on Wheels, respite care, and in-home personal assistance — and your gift this Giving Day can provide that and so much more.

When you give to COA, you're helping a local senior receive a warm meal delivered with care, a helping hand around the house, a ride to a doctor's appointment, or access to programs that keep them active, connected, and thriving. More than that — you're helping them stay in the place they call home, rather than being forced by circumstances into assisted living.

COA also walks alongside family caregivers, offering education, support programs, and respite services so they never have to feel alone on their caregiving journey.
