The Oxford Pastorate

The Oxford Pastorate is a Christian charity, an historic Anglican chaplaincy that has been serving Oxford University students since 1893. We are based in the city of Oxford in the UK. We now focus on the remarkable postgraduate and research community. Our work encompasses welcome and pastoral care, and conversations around big questions of life and faith.

Our mission is to see postgraduates and researchers in Oxford come to know Christ, grow in their faith and be sent out around the world to serve as wise, humble and courageous Christian thinkers and leaders at the highest levels in the academy, government, business and beyond.
