Kimbila Neuro Fund exists to ensure that no neighbor in the Jacksonville Beaches area faces a neurological crisis alone. We support individuals and families living with neurological conditions through education, direct financial assistance, and access to specialized care right here in our community.

Every day, families come to us overwhelmed by the cost, complexity, and emotional weight of neurological diagnoses—stroke, seizures, concussion, traumatic brain injury, and more. Many are working families who fall into the gap: they earn too much to qualify for traditional assistance, yet not enough to afford the specialty care, testing, therapies, and follow‑up support they urgently need.

Your Giving Day support directly fuels our ability to step in quickly and compassionately. Donations help us cover the cost of neurological visits, EEGs and diagnostic testing, Physical, Speech and Occupational therapy hours, care coordination, and the wrap‑around support that allows families to stabilize, recover, and rebuild.

And this year, your impact goes even further: All Giving Day donations will be matched—dollar for dollar—up to $10,000 by an anonymous donor.  That means every gift, no matter the size, doubles in its ability to help a family in crisis.
