St. Johns Housing Partnership Inc

For more than 28 years, St. Johns Housing Partnership has been a steady presence in our community by working to ensure that everyone has a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home. Housing isn’t just what we do - it’s why we show up, every single day. We know that without a safe home, everything else becomes harder to build.

Founded in 1998, SJHP develops and preserves quality housing while supporting low- and moderate-income residents, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans. From repairing and restoring existing homes to building new affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, our work is focused on strengthening both homes and the community around them. 

Due to the generosity of our community and of the grant and foundational support, in 2025 we provided the following services: 

- 25 wheelchair ramp builds and repairs
- 127 HVAC repairs
- 73 plumbing fixes
- 59 electrical repairs
- 22 roof repairs
- 13 home repainting projects
- 101 other critical repairs

We are committed to ensuring that everyone has a safe and affordable place to live. Housing is at the core of our mission and the reason we show up every single day. We believe that it is impossible to build a life without a safe, affordable home.
