St Augustine Yacht Club Sailing Center Inc

The mission of the St. Augustine Yacht Club Sailing Center is to provide affordable and inclusive access to sailing, boating, and water sports for youth in and around St. Augustine regardless of age, skill level, or personal circumstances.

SAYCSC offers summer camps, after-school programs, youth sailing teams, adult clinics, and competitive racing, building skills and confidence as well as an appreciation for our marine environment.

Since 2012, our programs have steadily grown and now reach over 600 local youth and adults annually, teaching all skill levels through engaging on-water instruction led by US Sailing certified coaches.

We were honored to be recognized as the 2025 Outstanding Community Sailing Program during the US Sailing Community Sailing Awards for providing accessible, inclusive, and high-quality sailing opportunities that have made a meaningful difference in our community, and continuing to grow both our footprint and our program offerings to move youth and adults through the sport of sailing.

New for 2026 we are also implementing keelboat programming on the J/24 platform, and soon will be opening the doors on our new permanent home the Stanley & Catherine Paris Youth Sailing Center.

Support from the community is critical to keeping our programs affordable and accessible. Your donation will help us offset program costs and fund scholarships for those with demonstrated financial need.
